Moreover, we recruit State Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Assistants (BCaBA’s) in the same manner, and hire only those who meet our rigorous standards. Each BCaBA is enrolled in our intensive pre-service training program to ensure that they can provide the behavioral insights that we are committed to providing to our clients. In addition to this pre-service training program, our BCaBAs receive continuing education and professional development, and remain actively supervised by one or more of our BCBA’s. This guarantees the highest quality of service to our valued customers.
Our selection criteria for therapists begin with that they love children, they are energetic (it takes a lot of energy to be "on" for hours), they are enthusiastic (a key to the success of our program is that the learning sessions are fun and attractive) and that they can pass our rigorous training program.
Lastly, each of our clinical staff is a warm and caring person. We firmly believe that effective therapy requires both a head (education and training) and a heart (truly caring about our clients). We don't hire someone we don't like to work with a member of our own family. This philosophy has served us well. The most frequent individual compliment we hear is about the excellent quality of our staff.
